CHOCOLATE  SELF-SAUCING  PUDDING  -  #2

50 gm Butter (soften) 1 Tbspn Cocoa
Cup Milk Cup White sugar
1 tspn Vanilla essence 1 Cup Flour
      1 tspn Baking powder
           
Sauce          
Cup Brown sugar      
1 Tbspn Cocoa      
1 Cups Hot water      

Method
Heat butter and milk in a saucepan/microwave till butter melts.
Add vanilla, stir and set aside.
Add sifted flour, Baking powder, cocoa and sugar to the warm milk mixture.  Stir until smooth.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.

Sauce
Mix brown sugar and cocoa together and sprinkle over the mixture, then gently pour over the hot water.

Bake at 180oC for 35 45 minutes
